We arrived in a sumptuous café with an old-world feel! The servers were very pleasant for an affordable price. I only give 4 stars for the kitchen because I only ordered fries and a hot chocolate/cappuccino (very good by the way). I highly recommend the fries which are to die for!

The staff is very friendly and fills up the water right away when you run out. The atmosphere is warm and has an antique feel. The menu includes delicious duck leg meat and the coffee is also delicious. I stopped by by chance and it was delicious so I recommend it.

Au Roi Du Cafe and the amazing service staff made my first trip to Paris (and Europe) a 10/10 experience. I stayed close by and am really glad the cafe was on the corner because I visited every single night to grab a drink… or three. All the waiters are funny and welcoming, struck conversations with all of them. They were all fun to talk to and recommended some awesome food and drinks to try. Honestly missing this cafe so much and I’m already looking at flights to return to Paris and this cafe. The Chartreuse mule and St. Germain spritz were my two favorites and wish I drank one more Chartreuse mule because I didn’t know they were uncommon in California. Food and drinks were amazing, service staff were awesome!!

I went there for dinner once, nothing more, but after seeing the little Pudlo ad on Instagram I wanted to see more and better. As soon as we arrived on Sunday, the welcome was friendly, warm, 🥰 and frank and made us very comfortable. We said to ourselves that we were entering a different place, young and dynamic. Indeed, we admired their new tasteful artdeco refreshed decor, with welcoming tables. Very friendly, pleasant, invigorating service, and also putting us at ease without pressure because we only wanted one dish to taste the cuisine. Difficult choice of menu: we want to taste everything because everything seems new. We opted for a lasagna with spinach and cheese: sublime! 😋the best I have ever eaten, as well as the spelled risotto: a marvel. We obviously recommend Au Roi du Café 🤩
