12/05/2024: Marion and Pierre, and the kitchen team delight us 7/7! Best tartare I've eaten in a long time, far ahead of the so-called specialized Parisian restaurants. Food made with love, and you can feel it!! Can't wait to come back to Châtel, just to eat a good flank steak! THANKS !
