- well located - facing a small fenced public green space, parking spaces and a direction of traffic around therefore not very busy
- spacious and sheltered outdoor terrace
- finally: reception and customer service - ... - average, to be improved depending on the person in service (if it's the boss - pay attention to friendliness and mood)!
