No, be careful, they look at me with hope... solution number 3, I go into the kitchen to take refuge... Ah the customers are full of hope again, the hotel receptionist comes to see what the first person wants: cappuccino? No sorry our milk machine is not working. Okay, our turn. For the restaurant? No worries, validated health pass, someone will come and pick you up. Phew the melodrama ends there. But no! Nope. We have a server? Boss? Who arrives at the cash register of our first person (yes, remember the equation with six strangers) and it's a disaster.... the kitchen assistant is not there he is sick, the customers are complaining they don't have still not eaten, people look at us but we must scare no one dares to approach, the queue behind us is getting longer.... they only take us and 2 other people but no one informs them .... great welcome. We've been waiting for 20 minutes since we validated our pass. And still no one to seat us at our reserved table. My partner is fed up and goes to see this famous waiter, boss etc... who informs him that there is no more room on the terrace and he has to come back to us.... we are still waiting for him^^ So we ended up at pizza del arte. Great welcome In short, a question at the bistro, when we are short of staff and there is a wait, we at least do what is necessary to keep the customer waiting by offering to sit at the bar or on the bar terrace to drink something. .
