19/05/2024: Nous avons très bien mangé, assiette bien pleine, accueil et service très sympathique, service rapide, prix très correct..55€ pour 2 avec 2 apéros, 1 bière, 2 plats et 1 café… vraiment réservez et allez y. Au top.

Passing through the area and coming from Bordeaux, we were happy to dine at your place. Alas...
The service is approximate, it's very good to train apprentices, you still have to take care of them a little and not leave them alone in front of customers. We asked what yuri (?) was... we will never know... No one from management came to our table throughout the evening, neither at the beginning of the dinner, nor at the end.
The scallops (for 2 out of 3 guests) arrived cold. We reported it, we were treated to an ironic remark from the person serving, they came back to us 10 minutes later reheated but served in a pile, goodbye to the beautiful presentation.
No one from the kitchen came to ask if things were better. Apparently, two failed dishes at the same table didn't bother anyone in the kitchen.
The 70% cocoa dessert is a good dessert... but with vanilla, we looked in vain for cocoa...
They didn't bring us the bill, I went to ask for it, a bearded and frankly casual, even rude young man made me pay it standing at the top of the stairs leading to the toilets. The same person was non-existent when I reminded him of the cold scallops episode.
450€ for three, I expected better.
We never met the cook's wife, although I asked to meet someone from management, this gentleman did not wish to respond to my request, I did not want to insist by raising my voice. At this price maybe I should have done it...
It's good to be starred, it's also good to remain humble and attentive to customers and consistent with the promises of the menu.
We probably won't come back.

01/04/2024: An unforgettable experience for us who came to eat there on a Saturday evening: quality on the plate in a relaxed atmosphere.
The servers are attentive and have a sense of humor. And the seafood is delicious.
Very good value for money otherwise.
We'll come back!

26/05/2024: Deserved rating for this establishment, sea view, welcome, open kitchen, room, impeccable despite the crowds. Correct service, careful and copious cuisine, special mention for the tapas, if you like seafood, grilled shrimp, squid rings, fish cakes, rillettes, homemade sauce and toasted bread....a change of scenery guaranteed, to be had without mistake !
22/05/2024: Great location in Wimereux, if you love a sea view and enjoy delicious food, you should eat there! During our stay we ate there very often, the mussels in every variant are very tasty, the menu is also great for children, since then our son has loved mussels and always wanted to eat there.
The oysters and Chardonnay are also delicious and fresh.
We recommend Café/the Gourmant.
In addition, the operation and service is quick and friendly

31/05/2024: We were here for the first time. A hotel in the middle of Wimeroex. The room was a bit small but sufficient. The service in the restaurant in the evening was great. The food was excellent. And not too expensive either. The breakfast the next morning was very good and sufficient. We would come back. 👍👍👍

24/04/2024: Frittery on the heights of Wimereux, a fairly large choice of sandwiches, a great atmosphere (everyone knew each other, giving the impression of being at home lol), the sandwiches were very good, however the quantity was enormous (we had taken Americans) and I think that doing (a little) less and not charging extra for everything (onions, fried onions, salad, etc.), like for Americans a choice of 3 side dishes in the price would be really great! But otherwise, top organization in orders and very friendly staff for this snack 👍.

17/05/2024: We had booked room 02, very nice.
However, we had considered having the spa option (integrated into the bathtub), which is why we had bet everything on this hotel. Unfortunately, the spa didn't work, so we ended up with a simple LED bathtub! When we called reception, we were informed that the problem had persisted for over two weeks and that they could not resolve it. We are also informed that on the reservation site, the word "balneotherapy" has been replaced by "bathtub" and that a reduction has been applied to the price of the room (how could we have known that? 😑). A photo of the bathtub/spa is displayed on the site, which is confusing. It would have been kind to inform us of the problem when booking.
Despite this negative point which made our evening very unpleasant, the welcome was positive and the hotel was clean and friendly. 👍🏻
25/03/2024: Superb hotel with very clean rooms. Very generous breakfast at the Carnot restaurant, which by the way is a restaurant where you eat very well and where I don't understand the criticisms made about it
