08/05/2024: A lot of very distinguished older couples dine in suits and ties.. They bring you back to Paris in the 1940s, when the chef has a special menu that you can choose from. Wish the scallops, but I'm not a scallop fan, so I had the best John as Dory fish I've ever had in my life

16/04/2024: Enjoyed a lovely dinner with friends. Food was delicious and definitely the reason for their Michelin star. The artichoke soup was wonderful especially with the foie gras, while a little more foie would have benefited the dish, the one bite I had with it was perfection. The pigeon was also perfection as was the lobster bisque. We had younger children with us and they were very accommodating, They had a special kids menu, and when that wasn't enough even allowed us to go off menu for one of our more pickier eaters. While the staff was very friendly, the service was a little lacking such as not re-placing a napkin when someone would temporarily leave the table, but this is commensurate with a one star establishment. All in all a great meal and evening.

23/05/2024: Nul absolument nul une vraie déception et tres cher par surcroit je n'y mettrai plus les pieds. Faites un effort, le restaurant n'est plus acceptable

23/05/2024: Locale elegante in stile classico. Tavoli ben distanziati ed ambiente accogliente e tranquillo. Prendiamo la degustazione di quattro portate con i vini in abbinamento e tutto è stato apprezzato. L'ottima trota è stata accompagnata da un grande Riesling dell'Alsazia risultato il vino che più ci è piaciuto. Il piatto più apprezzato è stato invece i porri scottati con orata marinata e salsa allo zenzero. Di grande sapidità il prosciutto con crosta di pistacchi. All'altezza del resto pre dessert e dessert. Servizio all'altezza. Prezzi molto alti (più di € 400 in due) ma la qualità dei piatti non c'è li fa rimpiangere.

05/04/2024: Everything was perfect Welcome, spaced tables, beautiful sober and chic decoration, impeccable service, very good cuisine, very good homemade breads, beautiful wine list. A great culinary experience in a magnificent location in Paris.

04/04/2024: I loved the dinner. An intriguing wine tip, which is out of the ordinary.....the magic, the discovery in the glass. Thank you Mr. Thuizat...and also precise coordination of the service. The chef presents refined dishes.

06/05/2024: The service and taste are very reasonable for the price. This is a store with very good cost performance. However, I thought there would be more black dishes, but other than the desserts, everything was average. The approach of creating food that pays homage to a painting is interesting, so I thought it would be a more interesting experience if, for example, we focused on one artist and all the dishes were created by that artist!

06/05/2024: Lieu très sympa avec vue sur la cuisine, le menu dejeuner a 85€ permet de decouvrir le restaurant a un prix « plus raisonnable ». Petit plus pour les beurres maisons et le pain rustique mis a disposition tout au long du repas ce qui donne vraiment un coté gourmand au resturant gastronomique. Le prix est peut etre un peu excessif pour un menu en 4 temps mais ca reste une tres belle experience pour un dejeuner particulier.

14/03/2024: Typically, I’m not a huge fan of hotel restaurants. They often feeling a bit ingenuine; adopted for a wide clientele, tending towards safety in menu, flavours and presentation. In so, I would argue Café M is somewhat of a gem. While I only stopped for lunch I had a very enjoyable meal, devoid of the typical sacrifices of identity so often seen in hotels. I would attribute a certain artistic flair to their cusine, particularly in plating, that much exceeded my expectations. Sure, the businesslike atmosphere isn’t ideal, and going through the lobby to get to the café feels cumbersome. But for what it is, it shines on food.

14/05/2024: We ate after reading reviews on The Fork. It's a small chef-owned place walkable from out hotel. Very simple menu, and everything we had was excellent. I had a squid special that tasted nothing like squid I've had anywhere else - tender, perfectly seasoned and delicious. And the waiter was very kind and patient with us trying to understand the menu - something that was definitely not the norm during our stay in France.

13/05/2024: We found this spot online while planning our trip to Paris. Amazing starters, dinner and dessert. Was awesome to meet JJ and taste the love he puts into all the food. The service was equally as amazing as the food!

05/04/2024: Outstanding meal, ambiance and service! On our last night of our 10 day stay in Paris we found, upon happenstance, this amazing and special place. I had the grilled octopus (tender, juicy and flavorful - large portion), my wife had Guinea fowl - she had never tried it and was blown away - we both had eggplant and shared a carafe of B by Maucaillou recommended by our server, Koceila. I asked for his name because he was such an amazing server, When we walked in we were the 1st people eating. His attentiveness and professionalism continued as he skillfully served many tables as the restaurant kept getting busier and busier. We finished our trip off with a dessert called Cafe Gourmond- delicious mont blanc ice cream ... all in all .. can't wait to return next year where this will hopefully be our 1st dinner after we arrive ... I wish we had taken some pictures - next time.

29/03/2024: REAL EXPERIENCE : A dining experience that ruins a trip! I pointed to the picture and the waiter made a mistake. We had to order again! In fact, this steak can not be cut, put in the mouth like chewing wax, like dead MOUSE meat, very bad! At the same time the charge is very expensive, everyone MUST avoid this restaurant!

16/03/2024: Très bon accueil , avec en plus la recommendation d'un vin Corse très agréable et un des moins chers de la carte! Les plats sont en quantité suffisante et de très bonne facture donc une adresse définitivement à recommander. La salle est petite. Il est prudent de réserver .

02/04/2024: Nothing to say, except that we wanted to have a quick dinner before going to the theater and that was done; the service was fast, efficient and above all it was excellent. I will come back and I can only recommend this Italian restaurant to discover the ancestor of pizza: the piadina.
