04/04/2024: Too crowded in summer. Came in April and there.... surprise.... what a marvel!! We eat well, we take care of ourselves, we look after you even to change the carafe of water that has warmed up in the sun. Yes, the weather is nice here already in April!!!
We will come back to taste the rest of the menu which is tempting until the end.

02/04/2024: Delicious vegetarian burger and very creamy carbonara from the parmesan wheel. Afterwards there was Café Gourmand. Everything was really good, in a nice atmosphere and with very attentive service. We also bought a Le Creuset roaster - you can buy everything you want here used.

04/04/2024: Very good experience at chalet la maline.
The sunny terrace is a real plus after a good walk to unwind.
Comfortable dormitory bed, good and hearty meals in a friendly atmosphere with other hikers.
The next day breakfast was good too.
The hosts gave us advice on hiking and we had a great picnic: lentil salad, cheese, bread, pompot and cereal bar.
03/04/2024: Perched on the heights at the epicenter of the Gorges du Verdon, this FFCAM refuge is conveniently located on the crest route, at the convergence of the Blanc-Martel, Bastidon and Imbut trails. It allows you to stop for a snack, a night or more.
The dinners are generous, refined, varied and adapted to diets.
For those used to shelters, this one is more like a hostel, in terms of its comfort and ease of access.
Beyond the panorama, the comfort and the gastronomy, I would especially like to highlight the particularly warm and generous welcome, as well as the wise advice from the caretakers!

05/05/2024: Small village restaurant, simple and friendly. Heartwarming welcome. Menu of the day 20 euros: spelled tabbouleh, marengo veal and chestnut mousse. All homemade. Honestly, everything was a real delight. The divinely flavored taboulet, the veal melted in your mouth and the delicious chestnut mousse. Chestnut kir, a great discovery. The attentive staff. Thank you for this great time with a small village atmosphere.

13/05/2024: We had booked for 4 people, with a view to taking the delicious starter main course dessert menu at 24€90 as usual, lack of skin the menu had changed, and we ended up with dishes too expensive for our budget, like hamburger at 27€90 or starter at 16€. So we weren't able to eat as planned, I explained to them that I understood them but that I hadn't planned to spend so much and we went elsewhere where our budget allowed us to eat well. I was so ashamed that I won't come back.
12/05/2024: Excellent atmosphere, simple, hearty dishes served with a smile.
All with a magnificent view and in a nicely decorated setting.

I haven't wanted to taste the other versions yet because I never get tired of them.
It's a bouquet of flavors, the dough just right, the sauce 👌 the anchovies and capers generously distributed without forgetting the oregano and olives... a delight for the taste buds. An address to keep carefully, which I recommend.
