04/09/2023: Beautiful view, but noisy, a road passes in front of the non-air-conditioned hotel, so in August very hard with the heat

26/08/2023: Great promise on the site but very, very big disappointment in reality. The photos of the rooms on the site do not correspond to the one we had. It feels like the 80s and no refresh of it. Room maintenance is half done (shower done every other day, presence of cobwebs and their creators). A slightly light breakfast and in a cheese region, we dare to use Babybel*, Kiri*, Saint Moret*. There were only 3 poor pieces of tome present. Shame!!! Small bonus, sauna included! And yes, 39 degrees in the shade and of course no air conditioning in the rooms. And the only explanation for this absence is “we are on heatwave alert and we are a family, we have to live well”. Not to mention the accusations of having stained the towels when, for reasons of economy, they were not changed during our stay. Not even a kind word to explain things, for each concern raised, the response seemed very aggressive. In summary, boycott this establishment.

12/03/2024: I go to the terrace of their lakeside hotel, I'm waiting for a friend to spend the evening, first a waitress offers me a drink and so I specify that I'm waiting for someone then the manager comes to see me and asks me if I want a drink, so I tell him again that I'm waiting for someone and he tells me again that I have to order a drink otherwise I have to leave looking unpleasant, haughty and arrogant. This is the first time I have been welcomed like this and I plan to talk about it to my acquaintances so that the information gets out. A catering manager must properly welcome and respect that we want to wait out of respect for the person who joins us. There, I simply saw a money-hungry c******.

05/05/2024: The €59 menu is very good. The service is pleasant. The only false note is the St Joseph red wine by the glass, which is worth waiting for to be served in this restaurant.

04/05/2024: Very disappointing welcome, we wandered around the hotel lobby asking for information. Very very disappointing lunch, the perch fillets, which are so good in the region, were ordinary to say the least. We wanted to introduce this table to friends, but I'm not sure they will come back. Very unfortunate because the setting is magnificent and we have been accustomed to much better cuisine.
