05/05/2024: Ideal for a romantic weekend in a majestic setting and to relax at the spa. The finesse of the aromas of the restaurant’s dishes is worthy of a great restaurant! It was a treat with attentive and pleasant service. Ditto for the copious breakfast served with a smile.
15/04/2024: Very good stay at the castle. The service at the mill is impeccable on the restaurant side and the location is magnificent! We were able to walk in the park in the sun and enjoy the Pom' spa both days.
I'm just taking one star off for the room which has a metal pole on the side of the bed right between the bed and the wall... which means you get hit in the face when you get up at night... otherwise everything else in the room was perfect!

04/05/2024: As soon as we entered this establishment, the warm welcome from the staff invited us to sit in the carefully decorated restaurant room. And off we go for a culinary journey in 7 courses, where flavors and presentations were breathtaking, dishes brought and explained by a distinguished gentleman, very professional, accessible with a lot of humor. A place that well deserves a third hat, or even a star. To recommend.

26/04/2024: Very pleasant place, beautiful decoration, warm service and welcome, smiling and professional staff, cuisine that meets expectations. Food well presented and of good quality, correct quantities.
The only downside is changing the sliding toilet door which remains open because of the rebound if you close it too hard and also because it is close to a table.
