27/05/2024: 20.90 € for two buttered ham sandwiches where I'm still looking for butter with half-frozen breads + a very grilled apple toast with a sort of jelly but in no case compote and a half-baked shortbread... To avoid it 'is literally infamous... It was my first and last time in a bakery of this chain..
26/05/2024: May 26 1:00 p.m. My 6-year-old daughter sits on a chair at the entrance in front of the cash register, she gets up immediately, her pants have a hole in them from a nail sticking out of the fabric (of the chair).
More fear than harm because the nail could have caused damage given the state of the pants.
No reaction from the cashier manager, no apology, no commercial gesture, no chair removed.
The service continued as normal.
Zero stars.
