04/04/2024: It’s a lovely hotel with lovely food and cocktails. The bar set up is particularly atmospheric and a great place to get a cocktail and hang out. The staff were brilliant and very helpful. Unfortunately, I think the rooms let it down a tiny bit. Mine seemed a little tired. I don’t particularly like carpet in hotel rooms either ( I know that’s picky!) the bathroom was very clean and very nicely done. Parking is also a bit of an issue here was well. All that said, I would stay here again.

31/03/2024: Exceptional hotel, exquisitely decorated, taking care of all the details and smells of any space in the hotel, with incredible views of the lighthouse, enlivened every afternoon/night with live music in the large room accompanied by good cocktails. But what should be highlighted the most is the professionalism, kindness and empathy of all the staff to immediately resolve any unforeseen event that may arise. In our case we had a problem outside the hotel and their collaboration and dedication was maximum to minimize the bad time we had. Hugely grateful for these days, we hope to return soon.

02/05/2024: The pizzas are good but a half-hour delay even though we had called 1h30 in advance, that killed Vinicius’ opener…

08/05/2024: I'm still looking for the cider house side, it's just a normal restaurant, nothing special. The barrels are there for decoration. The dishes themselves are very interesting, but there are far too many garnishes, what a waste it all is, especially in times of inflation. The potatoes and peppers, more thorough cooking, lightly grilled would have been desirable, especially the peppers and review the seasonings which were too bland. The toppings are unfortunately not great. The cep omelet with topissime, it must be admitted. Prime rib, 3 cooking options in one, one side on the bone rare, the middle medium and the outside side well cooked.... At least we had all the cooking we wanted 😅. Service-wise, nothing to complain about the young, welcoming, smiling waitress, always a little word to please, but the waiter is a disaster.... It would be nice to be more friendly, more smiling, we don't pose the dishes without saying a word we are not in a Self or a canteen. In short, you have to review the basics and not be intimidated by customers. To say that we are going to come back to it.... That remains to be seen... We are very mixed.

29/10/2023: Sorry, I'm just disappointed. That's not my habit...starter with waterlogged porcini mushrooms. Perfect egg well made. Quail dish with beetroot and burnt bread... Special. Not all tastes are the same and I didn't like it.
