21/05/2024: Wir haben das Hotel als Stop over auf unserer Heimreise gebucht und den Aufenthalt mit einer Weinprobe beim Winzer Richard Specht verbunden. Das Restaurant haben wir zum dritten mal besucht, weil hier einfach alles stimmt. Ein Hightlight die kreativen Süßspeisen vom neuen Patissier Neu: es gibt jetzt eine Weinkarte mit gläseweisem Ausschank hochwertiger Weine, 0,1 Ltr. bis € 50,- das Glas.Die Weine kommen in individuellen kleinen Röhrchen, werden in einem Gerät temperiert und ausgeschenkt.

01/04/2024: Ma première fois dans ce restaurant était au dernier millénaire !😀 Le restaurant appartient toujours à la même famille, mais évidemment le chef de cuisine avait changé avec le temps . Nous avons déguster avec plaisir le menu de Pâques. Le personnel est très efficace et gentil. À recommander!

12/02/2024: To celebrate our last's birthday, a beautiful table and delicious food. As it was Sunday, buffet formula for starter and dessert (notified when booking): the hardest part is to limit yourself... The dishes are tasty, in a pure French tradition. The service is present and attentive, without being in any way intrusive. In short, a great experience, a good time, for a reasonable price in line with the service. A plus for visitors to the region: a 230 bus which passes almost in front of the door and which takes you to Strasbourg largely on its own site, therefore reliable in terms of timetables and which solves parking in Strasbourg which does not continues to increase. Very recommendable!
