Monsieur had a Welsh and I had a bacon cheddar burger 🥓. Excellent.

02/04/2024: We had reserved a table for 5 people for Easter Sunday, but had to leave the restaurant without eating because they did not accept the presence of our medium-sized, really well-behaved dog. The lady who turned us away seemed unfriendly to all of us and made no attempt to at least explain the circumstances.
In principle, it is of course up to each restaurant owner whether they tolerate dogs in their establishment or not, but a note on the homepage would then be absolutely necessary. In fact, dogs are accepted in most restaurants on the Côte d'Opale...

17/03/2024: What can I say other than that I recommend the bar at Quai, an essential Étaploise address for the welcome, the atmosphere, the service, the quality, the price and the diversity of the dishes offered. A treat on all levels. The plus: theme evenings on weekends. Looking forward to coming back for a drink at the bar which offers a nice choice of draft beers and having another good time. 10/03/2024: A menu that is out of the ordinary, smelts as an aperitif, a scallop carpaccio, razor clams with citrus fruits and pesto for example. The dishes are varied and sophisticated, it's a very good discovery. The staff is attentive and pleasant, the chef comes to the dining room, you feel good at Ricochet. We will definitely return.

03/05/2024: What a disappointment compared to before, 1 year ago on my last visit, looking forward to introducing my partner to Welsh, on vacation in Calais.
What a disappointment, industrial plastic cheese without any taste.
Very disappointed, I will never come back there again and so will my loved ones from Calaisi.

30/04/2024: Friendly place where we see that the regulars find their bearings there!!! And it's well deserved, efficient and pleasant service, the Welsh that we didn't know was just succulent, at least largely to our taste, we let ourselves be tempted by the sweet Welsh and well, just perfect!! I really recommend this place which doesn't necessarily look great from the outside but is really great.
