20/05/2024: I wanted to book a room for 2 nights and a table for a weekend! Full and closed on weekends?! Very disapointed.... No suggestions given.... Following your response.... Well instead of getting angry and having strokes because of your anger it is better to communicate with people honestly and frankly and simply say that you have health problems ‼️

18/05/2024: Discovery of this restaurant nestled in the middle of the Corbières. The welcome is warm and this considerate kindness is confirmed throughout the service. The sequence of dishes is a journey into a world of delicate and subtle flavors. It is difficult to give a favorite to one of the proposals, all of them have an exceptional character. Only staging can give some people a little advantage. The pearl of the oyster is a stunning entry and the surprise coming out of wax (I don't want to spoil it) is genius. I was particularly sensitive to the privilege that was granted to me, without me asking for anything, having expressed my much more pronounced taste for fish than for meat, I was offered a second dish based on fish. I was very touched by this attention. Perfection is on the plate, however two details are annoying for me, the swivel chairs which I hate and, even more, the noise level in the room. It will be a great gastronomic memory that is difficult to surpass.
