22/05/2024: Very good restaurant with excellent value for money. Finally a restaurant that cooks vegetables as a side dish to replace rice or fries like many… Beautiful short and controlled card. We enjoyed ourselves from starter to dessert. The service is impeccable, very little waiting. Remember to book!

18/05/2024: Quiet and pleasant restaurant. Excellent flavors, right from the start. This is my second visit to this restaurant and I enjoyed it once again. Special mention to the cooking of the vegetables which was perfect.

We will come back and be able to be "prescribers" around us for a table which has also been recommended to us...

12/05/2024: We stopped around 1:30 p.m. without really knowing if we were going to have a snack or just drink a coffee. We were warmly welcomed and seated with a menu, letting us make our choice. We finally had a porcini omelette and what a surprise! Huge, excellent, and with homemade fried potatoes that reminded me of my grandmother's! Above all, don't hesitate, stop there! A treat guaranteed! And lovely staff!

Technically it is perfectly done, and the cuisine is inventive without being "fussy"... we are almost on 1* on the plate but without the somewhat stuffy side of a starred restaurant. The sommelier is friendly and the young waitress is adorable and attentive. A sure value!

18/05/2024: Thank you for this time spent at home for a spring evening. The welcome in the farmhouse gardens among the flowers and aromatic plants was magnificent. Followed by an aperitif and a meal prepared by chef Alban Guillemin, a treat for the taste buds and the eyes from start to finish. Thanks also to the waitress, her professionalism and her smile. I highly recommend this address.

With quality cuisine, impeccable service even when it's full, everything runs impeccably, with a smile and friendliness. The managers work hard to give us magnificent evenings and shows. In summer we find ourselves near the Ardèche in a magical setting of piracy. Always with a welcome that tells us you are family. The whole team is admirable for their kindness, professionalism, service and menus for all tastes. There's nothing like it for spending an evening as a couple, with friends and, above all, clearing your head by partying on each scheduled evening and day. I recommend with your eyes closed. 14/05/2024: A coffee that quickly became my number 1. The barista offers you drinks, ranging from the most classic to her signature drinks. The care she takes in each order is there. You can order the drink of the month, which is always a sure bet, Estelle puts a point of honor in their design. The products are good, the work is well done, the atmosphere is friendly, gentle, a place like a hug. There is an adorable terrace, ideal when the weather is nice and the interior with a wall of drawings, wicker chairs coupled with super comfortable cushions! (We would almost stay there to fall asleep). You will also find a wall of board games there, my joy. The barista offers a panel of workshops during the month, board game evenings, reading workshops (these two are renewed every month) or even card drawing, creation of paper sculptures and flower crowns. She puts her heart into offering us workshops, each one more interesting than the other. This punctuates our weeks, allowing us to meet people by combining discovery and shared passions. These are precious times that recharge. In a word I could have said that: a rejuvenating coffee in its entirety. A barista who gives her energy to the place and it shows. In my eyes, stellacafé makes the city of Valencia unique. It strikes a good balance between the activities offered, quality drinks/meals and prices. Leaving us with lasting memories. 25/05/2024: Restaurant that lived up to our expectations. My sister-in-law privatized the restaurant for her wedding anniversary. The staff is very professional while being rather family-oriented. The cuisine is delicious, it's beautiful to look at. You can feel the love in the dishes. We feel wonderful in this place. The place is clean. There is a nice outdoor terrace for the summer. You can go there with family, with friends, it can also be a romantic place for a romantic dinner. The configuration is pretty classy. There is a very large free parking lot. The only point that caught my attention is that there are steps at the entrance, which may be difficult for disabled or elderly people. Place to absolutely see!
