17/03/2024: A warm place, a real bistro (with its simple menu) with its home cooking including a very good dessert. A very nice lunch. Be careful there are not many places so it is better to reserve. And at a low price. Well done to the very friendly managers.

21/11/2023: The service is fast and the home cooking is enjoyable. Today, delicious duck sleeves with porcini mushrooms and a soft apple, hazelnut and cinnamon cake. Booking is recommended.

04/04/2024: Very unpleasant boss in this important period of Ramadan. He speaks extremely poorly for a quality that is not there, I strongly recommend Anisse which is located in Vichy which has NOTHING TO DO with this one in every way.

29/12/2023: Arrival at 7 p.m., with my wife and my 2 young children. Couldn't eat as we would have had to wait 8 p.m. before being served. Takeaway orders have priority for the person coming on site, never seen before 🤔

26/05/2024: Working on Gannat, I come regularly to this McDonald's, exclusively via ClickandCollect. 90% of the time, we have time to see at least 5 or 6 cars pass through the Drive, order, pay and leave, without your ClickandCollect order for a single person being brought to you... Last time, I waited 37 minutes (yes, yes, I'm not exaggerating, I timed it!) I ended up entering the restaurant and explaining that I had been waiting all this time and asking if they had a problem: they looked at me with wide eyes, almost not understanding why I dared to come and complain! Their response: there are people, so waiting, eh! No thanks, no shit, no word of apology. I might as well tell you that with the travel time for my lunch break and my meal, I was able to put an end to it... I also don't count the order errors, a missing fry, the lemon in the water, the deluxe sauce with the potatoes. MacDo France, there are some straps to pull up with this franchisee! FYI, competitor BK has opened on the motorway area not far away, and access is possible without going on the motorway! And it's perfect for them. To the wise...
