I am a regular at the Towa restaurant, one of my favorites in Paris. Nestled in the 12th arrondissement, this culinary treasure is so special that its address is passed down in secret to preserve it.
I am convinced that it will soon receive a Michelin star, because everything is exceptional: the dishes, the wine selection, the atmosphere and the service.
The Japanese chef brings a bold and precise touch to French cuisine, creating perfect harmony. Near the Aligre market, Towa is an invitation to a sensory journey.

This restaurant has been in my collection for a long time, and I finally had time to try it last week. Maybe my expectations were too high, but I was a little disappointed.
The store is not big and there are not many seats, so you need to make a reservation in advance.
Perhaps it was bad luck, but none of the dishes I chose that day particularly suited my taste, and overall I wasn't particularly satisfied. But the ingredients are fresh and of good quality.
Japanese service, very attentive.
Appetizers and after-dinner desserts are provided.
It’s a restaurant that you can’t fault, but you always feel like something is missing 😭
