We just ate at this amazing restaurant during our stopover trip to Pau. The quality of the food was exceptional, and we discovered the local specialty, “Garbure”. The dishes were delicious and expertly prepared. The service was also impeccable, the staff were attentive and courteous at every step. I highly recommend this place!

There were 3 of us and we had garbure as a starter and confit, fish and chicken au pot as a main course. The confit thigh was very dry and overcooked... like a thigh that has been grilled 3 times (I regularly eat confit at home or in restaurants and I make it... so I think I can talk about it) The fish tasted good but was also overcooked...and yet my wife generally prefers well cooked to undercooked. The chicken in the pot lacked flavor, especially the cabbage stuffing. In summary, compared to the reviews and ratings posted on Google, we came away with opinions between mixed and disappointed. Pay attention to cooking...and seasonings, that's the basis!

Everything was perfect. The dishes, the setting, the service. To do without any hesitation but don't forget to book, the restaurant is in high demand. Well done and thank you.
