14/05/2024: 😡I am extremely upset by the treatment I received during my call. Imagine my frustration when I called their number to simply ask if they had found my lost e-cigarette, and instead of a polite response, I was rebuffed with derogatory remarks. Hearing someone say that I'm annoying and that my calls are irritating is deeply disconcerting, especially when I was just making a legitimate request. It wasn't just the rude attitude on the phone that disappointed me, but also the fact that they overlooked my request for barbecue sauce. After specifically asking for this sauce, they completely forgot about it and refused to provide it to me even after I asked for it.

14/05/2024: 😡😡😡😡: My visit to McDonald's was quite disappointing. I had an unpleasant telephone experience when I tried to retrieve a forgotten e-cigarette with a friend. The repeated calls from staff were annoying and added to my frustration. I quote “they keep calling they are boring”. As a customer, I expected more attentive service and a more efficient resolution of my problem. This experience left a negative impression and left me thinking that improvements are needed to ensure better customer satisfaction.
