29/05/2024: Attracted by the white cotton tablecloths outside for the chic side, we settled inside, there, no white tablecloths but it's clean, a bit old-fashioned and especially disco where James Brown gives the atmosphere is very appreciable for me. Our Parisian titi waiter, white apron and black suit dances and spins his tray on his finger among other nice acrobatics, the second sings while collecting a customer, it's nice. .We order quite confidently, the service is pleasant, the sauerkraut is not too plentiful, the slice of garlic sausage is not appetizing but the sausage is good as is the bacon, well-cooked potato and fresh sauerkraut without too much flavor! The bread isn't great at all, it's expensive for what's on the plate and the mustard comes in an unappealing plastic tube which first squirts liquid then a tasteless substance. We'll come back to it more but the musical atmosphere was very appreciable as well as the old-fashioned service so not bohemian at all! THANKS
