We arrived at this restaurant by chance, a break in Dormans in the middle of a cycling trip. The food is incredibly good. We salute the work of the cook. Tastewise we are satisfied and satisfied (the menu at 45€ fills the belly well), we recommend that you go there to taste these excellent dishes and to try their mature cheeses. The place and the atmosphere are not necessarily out of the norm and exceptional, on the edge of the market square, but it can do the trick. Despite everything, we remain astonished and surprised by the pricing offered, despite the exceptional dishes, is the overall setting worth starters at an average of €27, dishes around €40? We get by with the current menu which remains reasonable for the place. We will remember this wonderful taste discovery, thank you cook!

Establishment on a human scale, refined cuisine, few dishes to choose from, a guarantee of homemade and yet varied. Patron who takes great care.

Easy parking in the square next door, friendly welcome. The champagnes are excellent, but as we are in the Marne Valley, avoid asking for a blanc de vins, chardonnay is rare here. This is the opportunity to enjoy a blanc de noirs for example! The dishes are generous and extremely well prepared. Certainly one of the best restaurants in Dormans. Well done.

We knew the restaurant from the tapas evenings organized a few years ago and it was already a success but then, we had booked for Valentine's Day with my husband and from start to finish, flawless! From the aperitif to the sweets with coffee everything was excellent! Fresh, exceptional products and love in the preparation. Go there with your eyes closed. And to make matters worse, the service is attentive, the tables nicely set, spacious and not on top of each other. On this side also flawless. Thank you to the bosses for being so friendly and see you soon.
