I have rarely had such a good gastronomic experience as in this restaurant. The dishes are surprising, refined and delicious. 2 special menus for Valentine's Day, one for €75 and another for €90. We took the menu for €90 including 11 different hors d’oeuvres, all excellent. Special mention to the Steamed Bar and Mushrooms, a real treat. In addition to that, the staff is very welcoming and extremely kind. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Everything was great, but the steamed sea bream was especially outstanding! The apple sorbet dessert is also homemade, of course. Thank you for the meal.

Each time a dinner that is a moment out of time. A very friendly and friendly team. attentive. A very varied menu (the pleasure menu is very good for the variety of dishes offered). The pairing with teas is subtle and delicious. The sakes are exceptional. The quality of the dishes, their precision, the accuracy of the accompaniments, the beauty of the presentation. In very beautiful dishes. Frankly worthy of a star.

Superbe expérience, le personnel est très avenant et aux petits oignons ! Nous avons adoré le velouté de châtaignes, les plats sont très soignés, bien rehaussés en goût, très fins et subtils. Un régal, à recommander les yeux fermés !

12/05/2024: It is one of the best sushi restaurants in paris. My favourite dish is Yaki Yaki. Service is great, but not when the restaurant is full. Since i tried the restaurant on different occasions, i can tell the difference. They have outdoor tables for smokers but not cigar. Recommended for both lunch and dinner.

05/04/2024: Restaurant that does not steal its reputation! We waited a long time outside (you have been warned) but once inside the service was immediate (literally!) and the food was delicious. Be careful, this is not a restaurant where you come with the idea of ​​staying there to chat for 3 hours.
04/04/2024: We ordered 2 chicken katsu curries. The curry sauce is excellent and really close to what we find in Japan, but the chicken is unfortunately not really crispy enough and too dry. The team is still super nice!
