Too expensive. There are other bakeries with better value and taste compared to this one. I ordered one iced coffee and one dessert, and they charged me almost €18. Some staff can't speak English, which made communication difficult.

The pastries were good in quality and tasty,
however one of the staff was very rude and could not communicate well with the tourists who don't speak French. The hot chocolate was way too thick. The toilets looked like it belonged to the French revolution time .
Most importantly, it was extremely overpriced. Generally, it was mediocre and was not worth it.

A salad served with an avocado so hard it was inedible, 2 pieces of grapefruit and 5 tiny strips of smoked trout. No one to take care of you, not even a glass of water and a piece of bread that you had to beg for and all that with a hazelnut for 24€30,
I really don't want to go back there when I'm right next door and their kouglof is absolutely delicious. Don't open a tea room if you can't take care of it well

The eclairs and croissants are wonderful. We also took hot chocolate with ice cream and additives, which we also liked. Everything is not cloying and tasty. Service, so-so.

The place is very cute the bathroom smells of urine. Had 3-4 pastries it’s not bad but not wow the only thing that stood out is the croissant

Very good hot chocolate, cozy setting. Good croissant. (December 2022)
I returned to this tea room a little over a year after my first visit and I was very disappointed. I waited 20 minutes before someone gave me a card and said "sorry I didn't see us". There was hardly anyone on the floor and people who arrived after me were served before me. The croissant is very good, the hot chocolate also, however in one year the quantity has decreased...... too bad.....I don't think I'll come back a third time.

Review rating doesn't reflect the great flavors this place offers. Maybe it is not for tourists who prefer an ice cream from McDonald's.
I highly recommend visiting this place. Desserts are amazing. And staff was friendly even if you don't speak French.
We ordered St honore, Paris brest, and Palmiers.
Coming back next time I am in Paris.

Nous sommes venus acheter le coeur choux pour la Saint Valentin. À 20€ le choux pour 2, on s’attendait quand même à un service à la hauteur du prix, en revanche ils sont très lents et pas du tout communicatifs. Dommage.
