Sandwicherie Artisanale le 15 sur Troyes

Found thanks to Google and its superb rating. We had the choice between around ten hot ciabata sandwiches, rather elaborate and sought after flavors that we did not know, which brings an original touch to traditional sandwiches. The welcome from the owner was very warm as were these dishes. We have adored ! I recommend it for a quick break between two visits

We just had sandwiches, delicious. We had two Veneto and an autumnal, which were super good. We were very well received. A restaurant to return to without a doubt.

While passing through Troyes, we enjoyed the excellent Paninis at 15. Testing 2 sandwiches from the menu, including the seasonal one, it was a bloody fault. We will happily come back on our next visit.
