We had dinner one evening in this place with two little girls... the owner was extremely kind and attentive and the food was excellent, really good pinsa. The place, like almost all in Paris, is really small but this is certainly not the fault of the owners. Advised!

Highly recommended! Place discovered by chance but truly a nice Italian surprise! Vale and Ale were really kind and welcoming. We chose a pinsa with aubergines and another particular one with smoked scamorza, capocollo, artichoke cream and liquorice powder. Never tasted such a delicacy. As an Italian I can say excellent digestible dough. The ingredients are of high quality and you can feel all the authentic Italian flavour. All surrounded by a background of Italian music. Compliments!

I have come about 10 times, and 10 times the service has been impeccable, the place is intimate and well decorated, Italian is spoken everywhere (that's how you recognize a good restaurant), and the quality of the Pinsa and the generosity of the dough and the filling are there! A treat every time. A restaurant that deserves 10/10.

08/05/2024: We enjoyed ourselves in this small Italian restaurant near Gare de Lyon. We appreciated the very present and nuanced flavors of the dishes. Very good for satisfying different desires: salads, pasta, pizza, meat and seafood.
