superb locavore experience in the hotel restaurant ideally located in the heart of the town of Sisteron. a talented young chef recently took over the restaurant and works with passion on mainly organic products in a short supply chain. Special mention goes to the pulled lamb with seasonal vegetables and local apple gazpacho tatin style! the server is passionate and very friendly too! even the bread is taken from the organic baker next door: a pure delight! a great moment of pleasure for lovers of good local products! I recommend +++

Very pretty room and refined cuisine with local products. Chef Mickaël is an excellent chef... concerned about his customers, he came to the room to chat with us. Sisteron with special historical and geographical Location is easy as the hotel is centrally but quietly located to commit. Tivoli pleased freshly restored, design, functional, nice people, breakfast ok, attached Restaurant, chef an expert and wine connoisseur.

Lunch at the restaurant without the hostelry, rather short menu but excellent cooking, only local products including bread and wine!! I highly recommend it
