Très belle expérience dans le restaurant étoilé de Hugo Roellinger à Cancale. Dîner en 13 plats atour de la mer. Tout simplement merveilleux.

Vous allez entrer dans un voyage gastronomique océanique où la créativité des accords et des saveurs est assez exceptionnel. Je suis à la base plus amateur de viandes et les produits de la mer ne sont pas dans mes favoris, pour autant chacune des 12 propositions du menu a été pour moi une révélation pour mes papilles peu habituées à ces saveurs. Cela fonctionne bien et l’accord mets-vins est très intéressant. (Vins natures en majorité) Le service est efficace et professionnel Ce restaurant mérite bien ses 2 étoiles pour ma part.

04/05/2024: A moving memory that I will cherish for a long time of this moment as if suspended, a festival of delights and beauty, in front of a sea of ​​changing colors like a painting in perpetual movement. On the plate the tastes clash and awaken our taste buds with unknown flavors. And the service is up to par, friendly, smiling and generous. We ended this moment with a visit to the garden and the greenhouse, hoping to return one day... thank you to the entire Coquillage crew!
