26/03/2024: Excellent meal taken in the evening at Pierre Paul. The setting of the restaurant is original and neat: very beautiful driftwood compositions, colorful lampshades, magnificent view of the tower and the bay. The service is fast, professional and very friendly. And finally...the kitchen. A perfect mastery of cooking over a wood fire and grill for both meat (excellent veal chops) and vegetables, fish, shellfish and crustaceans (prawns are a real treat). ).The sauces are inventive, the ingredients very fresh...in short, we ate very well and had a very pleasant evening. All accompanied by a white wine from the Punta estate that is mineral and rich in flavors which goes perfectly with the seafood. Thank you chef and thank you to the whole team!

06/02/2024: Thank you for this great time this afternoon, dream setting and Corsican hospitality in all its splendor. My friend and I loved it. The perfect place to finish the Genoese tower hike!
