The Loire restaurant is an extraordinary place. The welcome is elegant and immediately puts you at ease. The service is all unfeigned friendliness. The sommelier is dynamic, inventive and knowledgeable. Then come the spectacular moments with the dishes first seen as works of art. Very nice gastronomic address. The kindness and simplicity of the staff match the inventive cuisine, worthy of a 2 Michelin star. They have one at the moment, but it will go up quickly. So take advantage of taking the turn during the ascent.
