Very good cuisine, all "homemade" at affordable prices

I have already used it several times. The fish dishes are very delicious. This time I was disappointed. We had lunch for 3 people (03/30/2024) and the invoice was wrong. In the end there were two extra desserts that I didn't order, so I paid 20 euros more for 5 desserts. I didn't realize it until a few hours after I got home. I called and was told if I could come to the restaurant they would refund me. Everyone makes mistakes, so there's no problem if the amount is incorrect: I returned to the restaurant that evening to get a refund. There were two women among the service staff. I told them I had come to ask for an explanation and a refund. She told me (pleid services). She says she's too busy and it's not a good time to pay me back. However, I paid for two desserts that I didn't even eat. It was the restaurant that made the mistake. I went to the restaurant to collect my 20 euro refund. She repeated it to me (full service), three times. I didn't understand. The service attitude is the worst. I don't understand how she had the nerve to say something like that to a customer. It only took 3 minutes to refund me. It may be a busy time for her, but it's the restaurant that messed up with the customer. It's not my mistake. It's a shame that there are such staff, even if the chef's cooking is delicious. I want to eat the chef's cuisine, but when I'm treated like this by the staff, I don't want to go there anymore. The person responsible must educate him in the spirit of service. The food is excellent, but the service from the staff is disappointing.

a great place to enjoy the food and ambiance. simple and relaxing atmosphere. great dishes. the seafood menu is varied and suitable for curious gourmets. the wine list is very diverse and not too extensive. the staff creates a feeling of home. I highly recommend it.

Great time! Nothing to say, perfect cuisine (top seasonings) and top service!

The first floor atmosphere is much more fun - music, decor, etc. The top floor has the advantage of being more quiet, but a bit boring. The service was extremely slow. The food was good, but nothing special. I'd go back if I happen to be in the neighborhood, but I wouldn't reserve a table for a group of friends ahead of time as I did this time.

Very good food and wine but wait beyond acceptable (whether the delay in receiving the menu, the waiting time for taking the order for starters or the wait for the dishes). We only got a carafe of water after asking for it, at the end of the meal. Not a word from the restaurateur regarding the wait. Damage.
