The restaurant manager is superb. She welcomes you very warmly and takes the time to explain the menu to you when you are new to her. For my part, I had salmon pasta (it was excellent). The big plus is that everything is homemade and this is felt in the tasting. When it comes to desserts, everything is a dream. Frankly we want to take everything at once my spots of not having eyes bigger than our stomach ;). Go take a look at her place, she will welcome you and fill your belly well too. Very good discovery, I will come more often.

The place is very cute and the food is very good! The owner is super nice and welcomes customers warmly. The pasta is very al dente as I like (for those who seem to be surprised by this in the comments, actually the pasta is eaten a little "hard", it's not puree!!!!!! !!). We tasted mushroom, arrabiata and tomato sauce and we really enjoyed it. The only small point that could be improved would be a little more quantity and that would be perfect 🤩 In any case we will come back very soon!

In the center of Paris, cheap and quality. It is very worth it. We ordered carbonara, and it was very good. The girls were lovely, and they treated us like at home. We repeated twice on this trip, and if we return we will repeat without a doubt. Thank you!

I have never eaten so well in an Italian restaurant. And what can we say about the incredible Tiramisu! In short, this address is a must and frankly, it feels good to eat such good dishes in winter. I recommend :)

La Chinoiserie Hyatt

14/03/2024: Typically, I’m not a huge fan of hotel restaurants. They often feeling a bit ingenuine; adopted for a wide clientele, tending towards safety in menu, flavours and presentation. In so, I would argue Café M is somewhat of a gem. While I only stopped for lunch I had a very enjoyable meal, devoid of the typical sacrifices of identity so often seen in hotels. I would attribute a certain artistic flair to their cusine, particularly in plating, that much exceeded my expectations. Sure, the businesslike atmosphere isn’t ideal, and going through the lobby to get to the café feels cumbersome. But for what it is, it shines on food.

26/03/2024: I ordered ham and cheese, and asked the boss to recommend a white wine. The boss gave fruity a taste first, and then asked for sweety, which tasted very good and went well with ham and cheese! After about six o'clock, the crowd started to get more crowded and the place was full. Fortunately, we had to stand outdoors!
