We were staying at 1' and we also saw it online to take away. We tried it and the opinions didn't lie. Typical Italian family restaurant, with excellent food. 3 pizzas, Neapolitan spagettis and a Brioche stuffed with caramelized apple for dessert. We ordered it when we saw it at the bar, incredible!! Mention that initially, my card failed to pay and, even though I told them that I was going to look for another one (being from abroad), they continued with the order without problem. In the end the payment was resolved correctly. They were very kind!! We will repeat for sure!! Thank you so much

Timeless! Indefinable! This particularity deserves all the titles of nobility! A must-see place in Beziers? I wish to believe ! I'm glad I've never felt so at home in a restaurant! Thank you for this wonderful welcome, long life to you! I would come back with great pleasure!

First of all, the friendliness and timeless spirit of the place, then the pizzas as well as all the dishes prepared over a wood fire by the person in the kitchen are truly excellent!

De passage très rapide sur Béziers, on cherchait à manger une bonne pizza. D'abord partis vers une autre suite aux avis, nous sommes arrivés par hasard devant le Cardinal. Et bien le hasard fait parfois très bien les choses ! Des sourires de tout les côtés, des gens agréables, gentils, prévenants. Nous nous sommes installés à l'extérieur et avons tout de suite été bien. Et que dire des pizzas ? Tout simplement délicieuses ! Tout est cuit au feu de bois. Bref, que ce soit pour l'accueil ou la nourriture, je recommande vivement cet endroit !
