Respectful and smiling staff! Clean room. Small swimming pool.

Nothing to say except almost perfect. The staff is great and always caring! We had a great stay there. No regrets for choosing this hotel. We were scared when we arrived, seeing that the highway was right next to it and finally calm reigned there. The decor and amenities in the room were as described. The spa is freely accessible, no appointment or time limit. What could be better ? The bowling alley and the “disco” area are not bad too. Being Belgian we like to party so for us the party only starts at 2am, but that was just a detail. The only other thing we noticed was the pool temperature which could be a little higher. We really appreciated the fact that there were time slots for children at the spa. We really enjoyed our stay. I recommend with your eyes closed.

The room is well designed but on the other hand we did not sleep well at all because of the squeaking noises most of the night which came from the room above. We left totally tired.

Firstly, easily accessible directly on the motorway. When we arrive, the hotel looks very elegant from the outside and from the inside. The staff is super nice, everyone. The rooms are super clean, all available, bathtub, TV, refrigerator, stove, microwave and the room is cleaned every day. There are also new towels (we tipped €5 per day) The breakfast is rich and delicious. There is a pool, sauna, fitness center, all free of charge. You have to pay for bowling and a bar with a weekend disco if you want to drink. Plenty of parking spaces available at least 150 or more. Restaurant available. We'd love to come back.

Nice hotel for a business or private visit. All the trimmings, very good beds, nice breakfast and a wonderful spa. Rooms were spotless and even the not yet renovated rooms looked like new. I'll definitely return. Thank you.

Premium room at the height of a 4* with a very pleasant intimate atmosphere. Clean and well-equipped room close to the pool-spa area. Perfect bedding, services of the hotel and its surroundings ok

The volume of the twin rooms and the presence of kettles make us feel at home. The bowling alley and the Italian restaurant were appreciated. Didn't have time to enjoy the spa. There is only one armchair, could it be supplemented by a stool that can also be used on the bathroom side? A few hooks would also be useful. A fridge, even a small one, would be missing for it to be perfectly adapted to our wishes. This is the only missing star. We are considering booking at the Paxton again for our future visits to the Royal City. Fast and direct journeys.

Great experience at this hotel. Everything is very beautiful and tastefully decorated. The staff are lovely. The spa and swimming pool area overlooks the garden with a magnificent view. The swimming pool could do with a few degrees warmer but that’s the only detail to note. We also loved the very well served and varied breakfast with quality products.
