17/05/2024: Not like before. Disappointed by the quantity of pork ribs and its cooking, certainly cooked in the pressure cooker. Pork ribs are made on a barbecue. Of course, in a restaurant, there is not that, but an electric equivalent. The meat was too soft and it would be good to serve the sauce, on the side, so as not to drown the ribs.
We left, at least €300, not even the free coffees or the limoncello offer, as before. It must be said that the boss had left, it was a gentleman with an arm in a sling who took it. Surprising on their part. Oh yes, also, one more server wouldn't hurt.

This is the first time I had pork ribs in your restaurant and objectively, the cooking is better at "Buffallo grill". All your meats are cooked the same way in the pressure cooker (like lamb shank). The meats are like mush. I'm not even going to tell you that I had a great time, just to please you?
You tell me that people don't complain about it, but that's normal, because people no longer have a sense of good things.
No problem, if you no longer know the small commercial gesture, there are plenty of other restaurants in La Ciotat and the surrounding area.
I don't know who's really the boss at your place, but when it was the bald guy with the tattoo on his neck who was at the cash register, for the same amount, he offered coffee and digestives.
There, we had a gentleman, with one arm in a sling. I think we had to leave a little more than 300 euros.
PS: Take a temporary worker to replace staff on rest.
