This is excellence! Local organic products, very professional and friendly staff! Better than most Japanese restaurants in Paris! Always full, because everyone loves this experience!

We had two bentos one lunchtime. It was absolutely excellent! The bento offered a variety of products (soup, salad, rice, fish and makis). The quantities were more than sufficient and the value for money was perfect.
We will come back to eat there!

I came to eat last week for my partner's birthday. This is without a doubt the best Japanese restaurant I have been to.
The welcome is very professional as well as the various advice given. As for the dishes, they are just excellent.
I can't wait to come back.

A pure Japanese restaurant in Tours.
Even in Paris, it is rare to come across such a high quality Japanese restaurant.
Open only on weekdays, dinner only on Fridays. Dinner reservations are said to be fully booked months in advance. Advance reservations are also required for lunch. I was lucky to be able to make a reservation over the phone before noon that day.
All the dishes were delicious as expected.
I ordered sashimi as an appetizer, the daily bento box as a main dish, and an assortment of desserts and a cafe set for dessert.
The atmosphere of the shop is very Japanese-like and I am very satisfied. I definitely want to visit this store when I go to Tours.

Unquestionably the best Japanese restaurant in the region! If you want to discover something other than sushi, go there!! Rarely friendly staff. The price of success is that you have to book well in advance to enjoy Friday dinner.

Second visit for us and still just as delighted. In our Top 2 of the best restaurants in Tours (with Bartavelles). Beyond a cuisine mastered to perfection, it is also a unique experience here. Special mention concerning eating on the counter facing the kitchen which gave us an extraordinary time! Do not hesitate :)
