We had a superb experience during a 2-hour workshop at Choc-hola. We learned about the history of chocolate, its origins, the manufacturing processes, including tasting...and left with the chocolate bars that we made. Passionate, exciting people who took us on a journey and delight in authentic flavors and introduced us to an artisanal process that restores all the qualities and aromas of chocolate. To live and savor without moderation....

First of all, I would like to highlight the service of the friendly Sylouan who runs this very nice chocolate bar! Then let's talk about the quality of the chocolate, it's delicious. The drinks are prepared with care and the taste is there! I was also able to test the various samples of the bars on sale and they are clearly the best chocolates I have tasted. Notably the 70% of Haiti. I saw that they offered workshops to create your own chocolate or that it was possible to buy the box directly with everything you need, I'll put that there! In short, a great place with a Mexican atmosphere where I will come back to draw or read!
