Beautiful setting, friendly staff. The service was very professional. The touch of plants and flora of Aubrac in Chef Bras's cuisine is very present and skillfully measured. From dish to dish, the Chef takes us on a journey into his world for a sublime experience in an exceptional place.

The place is superb, refined, the welcome and the service are attentive and warm, the cuisine is very honest, very vegetable, in the emotion and the search for memories. We really loved all the little touches that helped make this evening a special moment. These are precious moments, not because of the price (admittedly high but entirely justified in our opinion given the work carried out), but for the wonderful memories and the emotions they arouse. Congratulations to the whole team!

Excellence from aperitif to dessert. We had a great evening with the sunset show which was the prelude to a perfect dining experience. The flavors and cooking are truly enchanting, thank you to everyone, and especially to Daniel our server😉

We went to the restaurant on Saturday lunchtime and enjoyed a magnificent view and the vegetable menu which amazed our taste buds and also our eyesight! Attentive and discreet staff. A significant price but one that I absolutely do not regret! Thank you again Mr. Bras and all the people who make this unique place!

21/04/2024: Une organisation au top pour cet établissement qui peut accueillir un nombre impressionnant de clients. La carte est bien fournie avec des produits locaux. La cuisine est très bonne et les prix très raisonnables. Les plats sont très copieux. Malgré le nombre de clients et la grandeur de la salle, le restaurant n'est pas trop bruyant et on peut discuter tranquillement sans crier pour se faire entendre. Bref, nous avons passé un excellent moment.
19/04/2024: Je dis oui ! Parfait... Accueil, service, ambiance de la salle ! Menus avec du choix, la viande de qualité.. du goût du goût et rien que du goût ! De l'apéro au dessert tout était parfait . Prix honnête en lien avec la qualité ... Vivement notre prochain séjour !
