Memo's Resto sur Paris

04/04/2024: Very below, on all levels A classic that has disappeared...€9.80.rice+peking duck too dry and the guy put the neck bone in(!).

30/03/2024: The restaurant has changed a little. It seems more of an international standard, which may seem rather reassuring, but in fact we have the impression of having lost the character. On the plate, the Pekingese soup tastes the same but you have to reheat it yourself and serve yourself, so a self-service concept for certain things. The carving duck is in a corner and the one who serves you has done so. mine for my part not to see me when there were only three people. Usually people know and whoever is cutting it knows how it happens. The taste remains generally the same but it remains to be seen over time.
