Mast' sur Paris

While passing through Paris for training, I came across this restaurant in my Google recommendations. Loving Italian restaurants and having family making their own pizzas according to Italian traditions, I know that I have fairly high expectations. I ordered a pistachio burrata and a Focaccia (also a lime lemonade). What can I say, I enjoyed it from A to Z, the cooking was just perfect, the filling was really tasty! In short, I really enjoyed myself! So happy that I came back the next evening, with friends! I had a plain burrata that we shared, excellent! and a 4 cheese pizza, where you could taste the different cheeses (I was fooled, it was a cream base and I prefer a tomato base, but that's my fault and not that of the cook!). I will come back without hesitation! Thanks to the very kind and responsive server as well!

Excellent pizzas and delicious wine. It's just a shame that in the Calzone pizza that we ordered without ham, we still found ham. No apology from the server, by the way. Despite this, we had a good evening.

Burrata Pizza at Restaurant Mast is a taste sensation like no other. The crispy, handmade crust serves as the perfect canvas for the creamy Burrata, which melts in your mouth with each bite. Fresh tomatoes and aromatic basil add a burst of freshness to every slice - provides the perfect complement. Bravo Maestro!

10/10! Small, cozy and quiet restaurant where you feel welcomed and pampered like at home! The waiter is adorable, available and gives good advice, the atmosphere is warm, simple and intimate, and a big bonus for winter: the pizza oven warms up the room, you feel really good there! Last but not least: the food is just perfect. We are served quickly, the burratas and pizzas are INCREDIBLE! Classics but also original recipes for the more daring, and above all plenty of vegetarian choices, each more tempting than the last. In a word: go for it!
