Very nice food and there are vegetarian options which are not so easy to get in Paris. Well priced, quick and nice.

We pass by this place without imagining that inside, the cuisine takes us elsewhere, flavors of Erithree that I did not know. Great quality and generosity, at such an affordable price served by a discreet and smiling host

Massawa is one of the only Eritrean restaurants in Paris. I always opt for the large platter with an assortment of all the curries that you eat with your fingers, aided by the injera. It's good and spicy of course, with a little pepper but it's still spicy. It's overall a very rich cuisine between the abundant legumes in very buttery/creamy sauces and the fermented pancakes so not the most digestible thing in the world either when like me you don't know not to finish a dish no matter how good it is. size. If we have to say, I preferred at Adulis where I found more diversity in the curries and textures and more generosity in the quantities. I have been there about ten times now and I have never been disappointed, if you want to travel for a meal with completely new flavors I highly recommend it…

What a nice surprise ! We found ourselves in this neighborhood by chance, and the smell of spices invited us to this restaurant. The dish we chose is very similar to an Ethiopian dish, but much more spicy. It was so filling that we had trouble finishing it. A little extra for the very typical East African decor.

Excellent repas, dépassement complet. Un seul regret, pas de dessert. Mais à découvrir.
