A welcome delivered to perfection and a perfect service which takes great care and which does not encourage consumption. Dishes masterfully prepared by the chef and his teams, original presentation and harmonious flavors. A cuisine that revolves around local and seasonal products (a deserved green star in addition to the classic star). A moment outside of time and yet anchored in its time.

Wonderful moments spent yesterday noon for our family celebration Absolutely divine meal from start to finish, with cuisine as pretty to look at as it is to smell so that everything systematically explodes in the mouth 🤩 A super professional and relaxed service thanks in particular to Théo's little touch of second-degree humor which is never out of place! Well done Theo The 2nd star is in my opinion very close or even already there 🤞🤞 Next time, Chef Peru, come say hello so we can congratulate you for your incredible work Huge congratulations to your entire team 👍👌

The promise is kept. We tasted the Nantes terroir. There is a plot, a story and above all a soul on the plates. Excellent service and a plus for the sommelier in keeping with the times. Thank you to the whole team for this great moment 😘

we had lunch with a couple of friends, as always it was a real festival of research in the dishes, the discovery of flavors and imagination in the presentation. the chef and his team really deserve the 2nd star. we can only recommend it.

Aucune fausse note pour cet étoilé ,un menu en 6 plats avec beaucoup d’inventivité dans les saveurs et la présentation,un jeune chef plein d’avenir ,une maison décorée avec raffinement moderne chic au bord de l’erdre ,il faut jeter un coup d’œil sur la cuisine elle est magnifique aussi

27/03/2024: Quite divine! A refined dressing through a combination of shapes, textures and colors suggesting a very poetic universe. A totally mastered balance of flavors between land and sea that knows how to surprise us but above all delight us. Very pleasant and very professional staff. Obviously special mention and lasting memory of the wonderful pistachio soufflé and dacquoise which becomes my new madeleine. And what a setting!
17/03/2024: What finesse. Everything is impeccable. We feel the love of a job well done, of harmonies... nothing is left to chance. We have a great time there from breakfast to dinner. The staff is kind and attentive. Congratulations to the whole team!

06/04/2024: Came here for my birthday meal and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. You can tell the chef has put a lot of thought and hard work into every dish. Highly recommend to anybody looking for good food at a reasonable price 👌
03/04/2024: Small restaurant, reservations strongly recommended. Pleasant service in an attractive space. Tasty menu (3 courses with extra amuse-bouches and pre-dessert) and good price-quality ratio)
