L'Univerre sur Bordeaux

We had a Korean chief sommelier help us with food ordering, and had a happy evening with a fantastic combination of wine that went well with the delicious food.

Great wine, staff were really friendly. I find it amazing that they do their own wine, one person in the kitchen, open plan, small menu. The black pudding and chickpea starter was fantastic, mushroom pie was also good, just a hit and miss with the pollock as the side was on a separate plate (even though they were one dish), the side was better than the fish itself. Would visit again!

A very pleasant lunch at the universe! The menu changes every week, the place is cozy, the dishes were delicious and the welcome was perfect! Thanks to the whole team! We'll come back for dinner to test the wine list... And for the asparagus croquetas ;)

Tested recently. Good decoration, pleasant and fast service, a short menu with good products. The portions are quite correct, it is well cooked.... We can regret the prices being a little too high (Bordeaux obliges) but frankly I enjoyed it.

While passing through Bordeaux, I tried this address. I gave it 4 stars because the asparagus with buckwheat and black lemon was great but the pork chops were slightly below which created a little disappointment. The service was great and the wine delicious. I highly recommend

We discovered a real gem 🔥 A treat from start to finish. We feel that all the products are fresh and seasonal. We had two starter-main course-dessert menus and discovered very fine cuisine, with impeccable presentation, taste and colors. From the appetizer to the coffee, it was truly flawless. Very beautiful setting, modern and calm. The service was also impeccable. Excellent value. To recommend with eyes closed. Thank you, we will come back soon 👋🏼
