Very good for me, one of the best restaurants in Lozère

I can only judge the meal which was faultless. Evening menu at a reasonable price with an excellent starter: crispy pork trotters, an aligot with homemade sausage which just deserved to be a bit more generous, delicious dessert and undoubtedly truly homemade. All accompanied by a discovery wine (for me rather accustomed to wines from the Rhône valley) which went perfectly with the choice of dish (carlines - Terasses du Larzac). Pleasant and efficient service. In short, a very good time.

We stopped for 2 nights during our last trip on the path to Santiago de Compostela. Magnificent establishment Thomas is very friendly and very welcoming, we highly recommend this very warm establishment. The rooms are TOP as are the breakfasts and dinners.

Very nice establishment, very clean and very well located for hiking. Very friendly welcome.
