Upscale gourmet lunch experience. The food was exceptional and so was the service. Appreciated the little extra treats at the end- pistachio financiers with smoked truffles. They were a lovely surprise and came at no extra cost. Deserves the Michelin rating!

An intimate place, exceptional cuisine that lives up to its reputation, a team and perfect service. We had a delicious time around this 9-course dinner. The flavors, the textures, the different cooking methods are remarkable. A real joy, thank you!

Ambivalent return from Louis because I was used to high-end cuisine, which I found a little tired... Simple asparagus in butter as a starter, followed by cod brandade. Certainly exquisite but still a brandade. The creativity wasn't there. To finish a dessert based on rhubarb and mandarin without fail. Louis has everything to gain from having a real restaurant because the table next to the toilets and close to the kitchen ventilation penalizes the experience. It remains a sure and very competitive value for lunch.

Nothing can justify such a price. A dinner, not up to our expectations. Some interesting pairings, but overall the dishes are not very sophisticated. If the bias is to cook simple products (rack of pork or monkfish) we expect them to be sublimated. An austere decoration in a cramped room. Pleasant staff

01/04/2024: Based on seven times lunch and dinner. Classic cuisine with specialties from the Aveyron. Tastefully decorated. They don't need advertising, it's always full and tourists also know where to find it.
28/03/2024: Onion soup was delicious. Best I've ever had. Steak tartare was good too, as well as the aligot. Would recommend.
