My personal highlight in Bormes Les Mimosas: Lu Portaou is a beautiful little restaurant in the heart of Bormes Les Mimosas. It's a little hidden, above Rue Carnot in a picturesque alley. The small but fine menu leaves nothing to be desired. I was so impressed by the high quality of the ingredients and the sophisticated compositions that I made a reservation for a second time after my first visit. On my first visit I had a vitello as a starter, then a delicious risotto and a chocolate mousse for dessert - an absolute dream. It is garnished with dark chocolate, salt and olive oil - a real taste explosion. The service was also perfect, very warm and appreciative. There is a lot of love in this restaurant and you can feel it in every detail. I will definitely come again.

Dinner for 3, beautiful place, smiling and attentive team. From aperitif to dessert, nothing to complain about. Special mention for the chocolate mousse.

A very nice discovery! This restaurant is a true hidden gem. The atmosphere is warm with a stone decoration which gives it a very typical and authentic character. The boss is adorable and passionate; it is obvious that he loves his job and this is reflected in the quality of service. As for the dishes, they are very tasty and original, made from quality and fresh products. It is a gem not to be missed for all lovers of good cuisine. Highly recommended!
