A very pleasant discovery. Marked tastes, good balance and beautiful associations. A lot of work. Professional, attentive service, little waiting. An ideal place to spend an evening full of indulgence.

Discovered this restaurant today with a beautiful view of the canal, the pergola is pleasant but quickly noisy. I am unfortunately disappointed with this experience. The service was long, 1h20 before the dish arrived and even more disappointed by the tastes. We chose a beef tataki with honey and a smoked monkfish, we found it bland and the tastes announced were not at appointments.. The desserts weren't exceptional either. I still emphasize the kindness of the servers. Based on this experience, I will not return either for the tastes or for the price despite the setting.

Good restaurant with well-crafted dishes even if the dishes are not transcendent. The quantities are a bit fair I think. The service is good but a bit of a wait. It might be wise to plan another menu in addition to the 50€ one to have larger quantities.

Very pretty and calming setting, very warm and pleasant service, nothing to complain about. In terms of cuisine, it's good but I would have liked a little more pep and taste for menus at this price so more reserved on this point

The chef (and the customer) deserves a much better service. I was hoping to find a gourmet restaurant with a calm atmosphere. The dishes are excellent, innovative and beautifully presented. But the quantity is not there for workers like us 😀 At lunchtime, we are placed in the secondary room under the metal sheets which resonate and create a noisy atmosphere. The lunch service ultimately corresponds to that, a very good brasserie, but actually not a gourmet restaurant. A sought-after dish, this is enjoyed with selected wines. Ideally also second vintages, with proposals adapted to the dishes. Why let the client drink water without being properly advised? On the other hand, I was pleasantly surprised when the waiter offered us cheese before dessert. It has become almost impossible to eat cheese in a restaurant today! I came to relax between two appointments… I left disappointed, mainly because of the noise.

Excellent meal, several menus to choose from. Good value for money

We were disappointed with the services and the menu compared to last year. It was cold. We had to ask twice to turn up the heat. For a gourmet restaurant, this is disappointing. Given the price of the menus, we expect high-end dishes. However, I chose veal medallions which were good but not extraordinary accompanied by a very sweet sucrine leaf which was not at all good. with the meat. It ruined the taste a bit. The potatoes on the other hand were good. For dessert, I asked for a candle for my son who was celebrating his 17th birthday and a fine paste frame with his name. The paste was okay but the candle was very small, it was a shame. I don't even have any that small at home. For a restaurant of this standing, it’s very average… The waiters are nice but don't know the dishes they serve. It's a shame. In short, for less money, there are better restaurants in Caen.
