Nice public square with some lovely trees, a fountain, and beautiful buildings surrounding it. Worth a short visit

In a very lively district of Paris, which is the Marais; is the oldest square from the beginning of the 17th century, under the aegis of Henri IV, a calm green space, and fountains, which is surrounded by brick buildings red beautiful works. It's so magnificent that we find ourselves centuries back in time. A celebrity I don't know is wrong, in the 19th century V.Hugo lived in this place.

It is an excellent park in the middle of every thing. There is a ample selection of shops and cafes to choose from the periphery if you are into that kind of thing. Most remarkable is the architecture surrounding the park.

La Maison du Poulet

15/05/2024: First time visit, the big man was very helpful with the menu, even sharing his phone, to viw pictures. Food was lovely chicken roasted with the green sauce, a pesto of garlic and avocado I think. Delicious and plenty full. Extremely tasty, and reasonably priced, the meal for two, less than 40 euro. We will be back on our return, thankyou x
