13/12/2023: Crepes with a difference. Coincidence brought us to this restaurant a few hundred meters outside the tourist area of ​​Sarlat, which serves Dutch pancakes instead of the traditional Breton pancakes. What was offered was convincing and was served quickly. The homemade Dutch Poffertjes, small, sweet mini pancakes, which are offered in different variations, were the icing on the cake, the version with chocolate sauce was a dream.

12/12/2023: Crêpes einmal anders. Der Zufall brachte uns ein paar hundert Meter ausserhalb der Touristenzone von Sarlat in dieses Lokal, welches auf Niederländische, statt auf landesübliche bretonische Pfannkuchen setzt. Das angebotene überzeugte, und wurde auch schnell serviert. Die hausgemachten holländischen Poffertjes, kleine, süsse Mini-Pfannkuchen, welche in verschiedenen Variationen angeboten werden, waren das Tüpfelchen auf dem i, die Variante mit Schokoladensauce war ein Traum.
