An essential address, Jean Chris is there and there. It speaks loudly, it shouts and we feel the Corsican testosterone on every level. Jean Cri loves everyone and especially the nice tourists. We came to have a drink as an aperitif. 1 bottle of white wine for 4 but no tapas because we were going to dine elsewhere. Unfortunately the bottle ordered for €35 was no longer in the cellar and our famous host was quick to offer us an equivalent bottle. This wine was good without being exceptional. Jean Cris, the aptly named, only forgot to tell us when the divine bottle arrived that we will be billed for it…€65. What followed was a vague explanation mixing VAT, the island environment and the fact of being real tourist pigeons to sell us this sweet nectar plus a 30% increase compared to our first choice. Holy jeans Chris!!!
