The cuisine is very refined but lacks indulgence. I liked what I ate (beetroot tartare, risotto, panna cotta) without finding it excellent. The risotto deserves to be a little creamier, and the passion panna cotta deserves more passion (not the chef's, we can tell 😉). A little light for starter/main course/dessert. There you go, I hope these constructive criticisms, because otherwise we had a good time and ate well!
